In order to be able to offer premium quality, full size products, each dog gift box will be different and dog toys and dog treats will be chosen at based on availability at the time of packing.

All of our dog gift boxes contain a curated selection of dog treats, toys and lifestyle accessories to suit your dog's breed, size and gender. We source our products from other Australian brands and suppliers to support local and to ensure quality is maintained.

My dog chews on their toys, do you pack the boxes with hard toys?

When you include your dog breed or add a note to your order, we customise our boxes to ensure the toys are breed and size appropriate to ensure they are getting the best  bang for their buck to play with and that are not a one time play. 

For Staffy dogs and similar breeds, we usually pack our boxes with hard chew toys such as Kong so that their toys can have some longevity. 

What do I need for my new puppy?

Raising a puppy can be an incredibly fun and overwhelming experience at the same time. 

Remember to be patient as your puppy is only new to the family pack and is still learning the ropes. It is important to make sure your puppy has tricks and toys to entertain and stimulate them. When your puppy comes home, try and have some comfort toys and blankets to settle in, stock up on some puppy essentials like training pee pads, puppy appropriate chew toys and training treats.

What if my dog has allergies or special dietary requirements?

No problem at all, please leave us a note on your order for any special requirements and conditions they may have. For example, if your dog is allergic to peanuts or gluten, please let us know and we will ensure that their dog box does not contain these products.

Can I still buy your products if I don't live in Australia?

At this stage, we only offer our boxes Australia wide
